On June 2, 2017, in Quebec City, the Association of parents and friend of Trimar (APAT) organized, in collaboration with the Institute for culture and cooperation (LINCCO) and the Amicale ivoiro-canadienne de Québec Public Group (AMICQ), a cocktail party during which many people were able to discover the Ivory Coast and the rural school Ilomba project in a congenial atmosphere.
On the menu: animation, appetizers from Quebec and Africa as well as a silent auction. The $5,600 collected was donated to the Ilomba Rural School project, which will allow young girls from Ivory Coast to continue their studies in the classical system or obtain a professional diploma.
