In the spring of 2018, our Toronto team successfully organized a massive garage sale to benefit the Punlaan School in the Philippines. Parents and friends spread the word to others over the entire year to meticulously save the necessary items that would insure the success of this wonderful initiative. 

A friendly atmosphere prevailed and everyone put their shoulders to the wheel to carefully prepare this benefit activity. Items still in very good condition made a number of young, and not so young, families happy. 

Thanks to our many proud volunteers who have demonstrated their sense of solidarity! The event raised funds to provide scholarships for transportation and cooking supplies to the young women taking an intensive course in culinary arts and hotel management at the Punlaan School (Manila). Thank you to the entire team for your drive, your work and support!
